Monday, June 6th
We spent an afternoon with the Cub Scouts group of La Plata County! Such great kids! They checked out the new ATI adjustable stocks (www.atigunstocks.com) and they were a hit! Now both parents and kids can use the same stock! The scouts had stations set up. We did a rubber-band biathlon, archery, teamwork wooden skis, first aid, etc. What a blast! North American Summer Biathlon
National Championships this past weekend in Burlington, VT. Lanny took home a first and third place finish and a Summer National Championship title and Tracy boasted 2 second places finishes. Read more....

Lanny catches a cold and will sit out the world cup races this weekend in hochfilzen, austria. Tracy will race the IBU cup in Ridnaun, Italy.

The world cup heads to Hochfilzen, Austria. Watch the races live the 9th, 10th & 11th. Tracy will be in Ridnaun, Italy for the IBU cup.
Lanny placed 48th, 65th, and 43rd out of 100 women in Sweden World Cup’s and IBU Cup.

Lanny Places 4th in Sprint in Canmore, Canada. Tracy moves up to 12th!
Lanny on the Podium (#22), ties for 4th with one penalty only 35 seconds out of 1st.
On Saturday Lanny placed 12th in the sprint with one penalty and Tracy placed 17th with one penalty. There’s two days off from racing and then the racing will kick off again on Wednesday, February 15th with an Individual Race. Lanny Places 2nd in Individual in Canmore, Canada. Tracy moves up to 11th!
On Wednesday Lanny placed 2nd in the Individual with one penalty and Tracy placed 11th with three penalties. It was quite the battle for the medals as Lanny was in first place for much of the race but was edged out be a russian athlete who got the win. What an exciting race!

World Championships Time!!!
This weekend and all next week the World Championships for Biathlon are being held in Ruhpolding, Germany. Watch Live race TV at www.biathlonworld.com and click on the Biathlon world TV link on the right hand side of the screen. The first race is Saturday, March 3rd and will be a sprint race, followed by a pursuit on Sunday. Then the Individual race will be on the 7th followed by the relay on the 10th. Check back here for all the results and stories and World Championships in Germany unfold!

Go to Twin Biathletes and "Like" our page and tell us what you think we should paint on our competition rifle stock! Winner will receive a signed U.S. Biathlon Hat and a Twin Biathletes Poster.
